Requirements
4 years of experience in a Carrier Sales, Broker sales or Logistics Customer Support role.
Experience with a sales-based position where you’re responsible for delivering new business opportunities through outbound cold calls, lead follow-up, and negotiation.
Experience in domestic logistics, freight forwarding with the ability to negotiate pricing, contracts, and services.
Proficiency with TMS systems.
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
